Jennie LeGates is honored as National NAIW Insurance Professional of the YearAwards and Achivements Jennie LeGates is honored as National NAIW Insurance Professional of the Year Jennie LeGates, CPCU, CPIW, DAE, a member of IAGDM, was named Insurance Professional of the Year by the National Association of Insurance Women (International) (NAIW). The award was announced at NAIW’s annual convention on June 2, 2006 in Orlando, Florida. The purpose of the award is to recognize and individual who in pursuing a career has contributed to the insurance industry through education, creation of industry alliances and/or legislative activities.
Jennie was a member of NAIW while she lived in Illinois. She joined IAGDM when she moved to Ames, Iowa. Jennie has served in a number of officer positions, including President of IAGDM, and has chaired and served on numerous committees at all levels of NAIW. She was the Region V Vice President in 1989-1990. Jennie willing and graciously shares her knowledge and expertise with her fellow members of IAGDM and NAIW. Jennie is the Senior Performance Development Specialist for Grinnel Mutual Insurance Company and is a member of the Iowa Chapter of CPCU as well as IAGDM. Congratulations Jennie! We are proud of you!
